Shipping and Returns
All of our online items will be shipped on January 4th if purchased during the Christmas holiday period. Any other time, your order is delivered securely by our courier partner within 2- 3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) however, we will do our very best to ensure they get to you as soon as possible.

Free shipping on all orders over €75.
A contribution to the shipping fee of €6.95 for orders less than €75.
All shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the ship-to address. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
If you are shipping to an address outside of the EU import duties and clearance fees may be applicable in the country the items are being shipped too. You should check with the local authorities in advance of the purchase as you may be charged import duties and taxes.
Returning a Non Sale item for refund or exchange.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase however if you are not, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Please return the item/s, securely wrapped, to the address below within 30 days from the date of purchase via registered post. Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.
Please ensure the returned item/s are in their original packaging with all labels attached. Once we receive the item we will notify you by email and issue the refund. This will be refunded to the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com so we can rectify immediately, refund or exchange, we will refund return delivery costs in this instance.
Returning a Sale item
We are happy to offer a credit note for all unwanted items bought in our Sale. Please return the item/s via registered post to us at the address below securely wrapped within 30 days of receiving them. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
Address & other info required
For all returns please include a letter with your name, address, email address, the best telephone number to reach you on during the day and the reason you are returning the item.
Make sure your items are securely wrapped, in the original packaging and with all labels attached. Please use a tracked delivery service or registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for the item until it reaches our address.
You will be notified via e-mail has soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
