I’m Zelia Madigan, founder of Conscious Convert — and for most of my career, I worked in the fast-paced world of global technology. I travelled widely, leading teams across continents, and saw first-hand how mass production and convenience were reshaping the world around us — often at the expense of the people and the planet behind the process.
Those experiences stayed with me. When I returned home to Ireland, I wanted to live differently — to create something slower, more intentional, and rooted in care. What began as a personal search for better, kinder home essentials grew into Conscious Convert: a brand that brings together comfort, craft, and conscience.

Every piece we create is made with GOTS-certified organic cotton or Irish-woven linen, designed to protect both people and planet.
We work only with partners who share our values — farmers paid fairly, weavers working safely, and artisans crafting locally here in Dublin through social enterprise partnerships.
